KWC South West believes it’s crucial to provide a risk assessment and method statement before any works commence. But also for the rail industry this will entail work package plans & task briefings. This is to ensure the client knows how the works are going to be completed, including any risks. The risk assessment & method statement, work package plans, task briefs and safety bulletins will also be read and signed by all KWC South West operatives, ensuring they are aware of how the works are going to be completed.

 Along with this first call management provide regular tool box talks to operatives. All KWC South West operatives hold the current CSCS card. Operatives also have CFB Clearance and are CRB checked.

Training

KWC South West ensures all operatives receive the necessary training to professionally complete all tasks within their remit. Minimum standard as stipulated CITP

 KWC South West is CHAS accredited a member of constructionline and the National Demolition training group (NDTG) Along with this KWC South West also works with an outside safety agency, who completes regular safety audits and training to ensure all health and safety policies are adherded to.
